‘Nordsee’ Fish Tacos

On every German High Street, you’re guaranteed to find a Nordsee branch – a very popular fast food joint that only serves fish-based and sea-related snacks. Most often, the fish is covered in fine breadcrumbs and fried, then served in a sandwich or with potatoes. Inspired by this very German fast food chain, I decided to create a summery fish taco using pickled onions and an apple cabbage slaw. The dish itself may not be German, but I think the Germans would approve!
