Smoked Trout Crêpe Rolls

People tend to eat a lot of smoked salmon in Luxembourg, but I think it would be a great idea and more sustainable to serve more local fish. Smoked trout is a great alternative and these smoked trout rolls make for a tasty appetizer at a festive drinks party.
