6 raspberries
3 mint leaves
1 tbsp elderflower syrup
150ml white wine
50ml sparkling water
2 ice cubes
Makes 1 cocktail
Crush the raspberries and mint leaves in a tumbler glass. Add the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
