This cocktail just tastes of Christmas! Orange, cinnamon and bubbly make this the perfect cocktail to kick off an evening of festive fun!

4 ½ tbsp marmalade
160ml vodka
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
750ml crémant or bubbly
Makes 6
Put the marmalade and 4 tbsp vodka into a saucepan and melt over a gentle heat. Once melted, take off the heat and stir in the cinnamon and the remaining vodka. Leave to cool.
Prepare the glasses: pour a bit of water onto a small plate, mix the sugar with a pinch of cinnamon on another small plate. Dip each glass rim into the water, then into the cinnamon sugar and set aside until needed.
Fill each champagne glass by ¼ with the marmalade vodka and top with crémant or bubbly.
