Mulled Wine Beef Cheeks with Parsnip Puree

These mulled wine beef cheeks are the perfect winter comfort dish!

Succulent soft meat in a spiced red wine sauce – it will surprise your guests and tastes even better the next day, once the flavours have infused. I’ve paired the meat with a buttery parsnip purée, and sprinkled it with pomegranate seeds and crispy onions before serving. This adds a bit of a fresh touch and crunch.
