Dumplings! What’s not to love about these Chinese goody-bags, stuffed with all kinds of yummy fillings?! When I was flipping through The Dumpling Sisters cookbook, I spotted many mouthwatering dumpling recipes – all of them slightly labour-intensive. That is, until I came across this recipe!
They look like dumplings, but they’re actually mini omelettes, stuffed with an Asian filling. What a genius idea! They’re super quick and easy to prepare, and, as far as dumplings go, they look quite impressive. I changed the authors’ pork filling to a vegetarian mushroom filling – which I hope the Dumpling Sisters would agree with!
