Curry Rieslingspaschtéit

Yes, you could say this is a bastardized version of Luxembourg’s beloved Rieslingspaschtéit. With curry powder. And mango chutney. And with *gasp*, coriander, too! It sounds completely wacky, but trust me, these bold flavours and spices and Rieslingspaschtéit are a match made in heaven! I opted for a pie shape for these Paschtéiten, but you could just as well give them their traditional log shape.
