The BLT is my ultimate go-to sandwich! Two toasted sandwich bread slices stuffed with bacon, lettuce and tomato and smothered in mayonnaise. These days I make this sandwich even better, by adding avocado to it (making it, effectively, a BLTA) and by using Mayonnaise à l’ancienne from Moutarderie de Luxembourg. This mayonnaise is mixed with wholegrain mustard, which makes it extra yummy and works perfectly in this sandwich.
Be it for a hearty breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, my BLT(A) is always a winner. (Oh boy, this rhymes…!)
