Träipen Quiche

I know there are many Träipen skeptics out there, but this quiche has managed to win over every single one of them so far! All the sides traditionally served with a Träip are thrown into a crisp spelt pastry, and come out of the oven as one seriously delicious quiche. Simply awesome!
