In this episode I’m making a stress-free xmas menu, for a super laid-back festive meal.
I’m serving meltingly soft beef cheeks in a mulled wine sauce with a creamy parsnip puree. For dessert, I’m ditching the traditional bûche de noël and making a festive no-bake cheesecake instead.
In between the recipes I’m visiting the Kleeschen in the Fond de Gras and making him a nice cup of mulled cider.
