When I found two really black bananas in my fridge the other day, I knew I’d have to put them to good use. But I didn’t feel like baking my classic banana bread… so, I decided to rummage in my cupboards, and found a jar of chocolate spread that also needed using up. Boom. These banana chocolate muffins were born!
Basically, it’s a very simple banana cake batter, through which you swirl some chocolate hazelnut spread. It’s so damn easy and a super lovely recipe to have up your sleeve if you ever have some darkening bananas that need using up…
