No matter where you eat in Berlin, alternative food culture is always present. In this week’s episode I’m being shown how to make a vegan egg salat – by no other than celebrity vegan chef Björn Moschinski. I’m also eating in Europe’s first Paleo restaurant, Sauvage and shopping in a vegan supermarket.
At home, I’m making Kniddelen with a German touch, an autumnal pumpkin soup and German bread dumplings with a mushroom ragout.
