Sometimes you just want to whip up something quick and yummy – and that’s exactly what we asked of this week’s Mastercook contestants. They had exactly 30 minutes time to cook a decent dinner. From burgers to risotto and chicken with pasta, we received very nice Western food from the contestants. You can watch the entire episode here.
In my opinion, stir-frys are the perfect ‘fast food’, as you can throw a lot of healthy ingredients into a wok, toss them with some soy sauce and other Asian ingredients at hand and serve them with some quick-cook noodles. So, this is what I would have cooked in this week’s Mastercook challenge.
