Apple Sanddorn Mousse

This mousse is made with a Luxembourgish apple and sea buckthorn juice from Eppelpress. It tastes really quite special. If you can’t get hold of this, you can simply use cloudy apple juice or turn it into an orange mousse by using freshly squeezed orange juice.
