Mulled Wine Jelly

You either hate it or love it – wobbly jelly, a strange invention and very British indeed.
At university we’d sometimes do jello shots at parties, laced with vodka and other spirits.
So, this jelly is inspired by those fun times – a wobbly dessert for the festive season. You can also make small portions and serve them instead of warm mulled wine at your Xmas parties.
