The Coffee Club

We had a branch of the Coffee Club chain at the foot of our hotel, which proved to be a real treat during our 2-week-filming in Bangkok. Apart from the great coffee selection, the Coffee Club’s menu boasts a mix of Western, American and Thai-inspired brunch and lunch items. We totally fell in love with the banana coconut pancakes, drizzled with copious amounts of maple syrup and sprinkled with caramelized cashews, this is still one of my favourite breakfasts ever!
