Autumn is here, so Luxlait’s egg nog is back in stock! While you can drink it straight from the bottle (or make my amazing egg nog cheesecake, panna cotta or petit beurre cake with it), you can also pimp your drink a slight bit! For this recipe, I’ve added some warming pumpkin spice to the traditional egg nog. It will bring a real autumnal dimension to it. And, I’m also adding a cheeky dash of rum, to bring that little extra warmth. Topped off with some whipped cream and decorated with sprinkles and mini marshmallows, and there’s nothing between you and a very cozy autumn afternoon. (You might just want to skip dinner later, as this is like a meal in itself…)
