In this Zero Waste video I’m showing you what to do with excess fresh rosemary. Simply blend it with some fleur de sel to get fragrant rosemary salt, or put a branch in a bottle with olive oil to infuse it. Perfect on salads, meats, fish and grilled vegetables.
