An oriental fingerfood spread for an exotic feast
The festive season equals fingerfood heaven for me! That’s because at every party you’re presented bite-sized miniatures of festive treats… Maybe some better than others, but I always find that miniature food is fun.
I already have quite a good fingerfood archive, yet I love to develop new recipes for my annual Xmas party.
Therefore this year, I decided to go with an oriental theme and focus on middle-eastern inspired food.
As a result, I’ve created three super simple yet impressive treats: festive quinoa cups, merguez pyramid pastries and a yummy truffle hummus.
