EP 4: Portuguese Food

For this episode, I’m joining Luxembourg’s Portuguese community in their annual pilgrimage to Witz, in honour of the holy Virgin Mary of Fatima. I learn how to grill sardines the Portuguese way and whip up a herby potato salad to go with them.

In my kitchen, I’m making mini Bacalhau bouchées and pastéis de nata with apple compote.
