People tend to always associate British food with fish and chips, but pies have been around for longer and are just as exciting.
This time I’m making a lovely steak and ale pie (with home-brewed ale from my neighbour’s), a comforting fish pie and a lovely autumnal apple pie.
In between the recipes I’m sneaking into some restaurant kitchens in Clerkenwell.
