My culinary adventures kick off in Barcelona, where I’m exploring the vibrant food scene of this fascinating Spanish city.
In this first episode, I’m eating at one of the oldest restaurants in Spain, wander around the colourful Boqueria market and finish the evening at a fun cava bar.
Of course I’ll be preparing some Spanish meals for you in my London kitchen. This time I’m making yummy mini tortillas, Spanish croquetas with a Luxembourgish twist and fun patatas bravas.
