This week’s episode is set in Luxembourg’s ‘pubs’ – Bistros. I’m going for a drink in some of Luxembourg’s iconic bistros and go play ‘Keelen’, Luxembourg’s answer to nine pins, with our national champion Tom Hoffmann.
In my kitchen I’m whipping up a toad in the hole with Wäinzoossiss (a Luxembourg wine sausage) and a Gromperekichelcher cordon bleu, fit for a proper hangover day!
