Don’t throw away a broccoli stem! In this Zero Waste video, I’m showing you how to use up an entire broccoli head – stem included – to make a lovely dip! Trim the stem, chop it and boil it with the florets. Broccoli stems are also perfect in blended vegetable soups but my favourite way is to turn it into this lovely dip.
