Basil Ravioles with Tomato Cream Sauce

Ravioles are one of my favourite quick mid-week meals. Think of them as little, delicate ravioli, that melt in your mouth. They only need 1 minute to cook (yes, really!) and are thus fantastic for a quick lunch or dinner. I like to combine these basil ravioles with a creamy tomato sauce, and grated goats’ cheese. So simple, so yummy!
