This episode is all about enjoying a great lunch on a lazy Sunday.
In the UK, Sunday lunch is a real tradition. People often meet in their local pub to eat a roast and have a drink with their friends and family.
For my Sunday lunch, I’m making a homage to a traditional Luxembourgish dish – ham, chips and salad – with an English twist of course.
I’ll be roasting a lovely cider ham with a maple syrup glaze, making some mean roast potatoes and a lovely coleslaw salad. For dessert, I’m dishing up a real English delight, an Eton Mess.
