Mercado dos Lavradores

Funchal’s Mercado dos Lavradores is best to be visited on a Friday or Saturday morning – when the local farmers set up stalls and sell their produce. The fruit prices of the fixed stalls at this market are known to be too high, so make sure to buy from the local farmers.
