We really loved filming the Indian feast episode – since it involved eating lots of curry! Sneaking into Dishoom’s kitchen was really cool, head chef Naved Nasir was really lovely and gave me plenty of tips on how to make the perfect biriyani (a real art). We finished the day off at Tayyabs, where I treated the crew to a proper Indian Feast and plenty of beer, making them all very happy bunnies!
