I will be serving food from my new book ‘Home Sweet Home – My Luxembourg’ at this year’s Eat It Festival at Rotondes. Eat It is Luxembourg’s popular food truck festival, where you can taste the latest street food trends.

I will have my very own food truck by Ben’s Beer and Barbecue, so you can taste some food from the book. We’ll be serving my amazing Flintstone Salad Wraps – a nod to Luxembourg’s popular meat salad – or you can tuck into my Okonomiyaki, Japanese cabbage pancakes topped with a fingerlicking sauces and breathtaking bonito flakes.
