150g Le Moulin chocolate granola
30g butter
30g nut butter
20g Le Moulin sugar
40g honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
100g white chocolate couverture
Food colouring
10 sugar eyes, for decoration
Makes 5
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.
Line a 15 x 15cm square tin with baking paper.
Put the granola into a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter, nut butter, sugar and honey until bubbling. Take off the hob and stir through the cinnamon and salt.
Fold the melted ingredients through the granola so it’s evenly distributed.
Transfer into the lined tin and press down.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely before cutting into 1 long and 4 shorter strips.
Melt the chocolate couverture in a bain marie. Mix with a bit of food colouring for your desired colour.
Drizzle the couverture over the bars so they look like monsters, stick 2 eyes into each and leave to set completely before serving.
