In this episode I head to the East of Luxembourg, to the town of Echternach, where I take part in the annual hopping procession – recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Heritage in 2010.
Afterwards I go foraging for nettles in the Mëllerdall (Luxembourg’s ‘Little Switzerland’) to make a tasty soup with Cindy, of De Grënge Schapp.
In my kitchen I make a vegetarian chicory tarte tatin and savoury Mettwurscht Muffins.
