In the first episode of season 3, I explore Luxembourg’s humble origins.
I visit the Musée Rural et Artisanal in Peppange, a museum set in a 19th century farm house, which showcases how people lived in Luxembourg over the last century. I get to cook in the old museum kitchen, where I prepare my Duo of Puff Pastry Swirls, filled with black pudding and herby goat’s cheese.
In my brand new kitchen, I’ll be cooking Judd mat Gaardebounen (the staple Luxembourg dish!) in a new way: by stuffing it inside of cannelloni. I’m also making a Flammkuchen with hidden vegetables inside.
