Wadakura Restaurant

Wadakura is a beautiful high-end restaurant in Tokyo’s stunning Palace Hotel. The restaurant specializes in Kaiseki cuisine, a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. Wadakura serves the kaiseki meal in an unusual, quite quiky way: in a traditional tea ceremony box. You open the various drawers to find the daintiest, prettiest morsels, snuggled in little boxes, waiting to be eaten. A real feast for the eyes and palate – with a stunning view over Tokyo’s royal park.

I filmed at Wadakura in this episode of my ‘Anne’s Asian Adventures’ show, where you can see me discovering the kaiseki box.
