In this episode I’m reaching into the spice cupboard: I’ll be making a Thai chicken curry with courgette noodles and an Indian spinach cheese curry.
Between the recipes I’m visiting Sunita of Spice Curry, who is teaching Indian cooking classes in her home. Here, I’m learning how to make a proper daal and trying to get the hang of Bollywood dancing… (which, I am really not very good at!)
