In this episode I’m making three easy Luxembourgish dishes, which can be whipped up in a hurry.
First up: my Wäinzossiss with a speedy bean purée and kale crisps. I’m also making my legendary Kachkéis pasta, for which the sauce is made with Luxembourg’s popular cooked cheese.
And I’m proud to make my Flammkuchen with a Judd mat Gaardebounen topping at the Office co-working space in Luxembourg City – so quick and easy and so yummy, I bet it will become a household staple for many people around the country!
