Wäinzoossiss Risotto – a new way to eat your favourite sausage!
Wäinzoossiss is a typical Luxembourg pork and beef sausage that’s traditionally served with a creamy mustard and wine sauce. Usually, this sausage comes accompanied by potato mash, but for this recipe, I’ve thrown all this out the window! Instead, I’ve deconstructed the sausage into little meatballs. These are served in a creamy risotto, finished off with a dash of mustard cream sauce.
So, you’ll find all the typical flavours associated with Wäinzoossiss in this risotto. I hope you like it as much as I do!
