Right, I love chocolate truffles and I’m kind of addicted to dried fruit and nut bars. You could say that I eat quite a bit of both, the healthy bars during the day, the chocolate truffles in the evening (often with a glass of wine on the side). So, one day, I thought to myself, why not combine the two? (Without the wine of course.) These dried fruit truffles are the perfect ‘healthy chocolates’, and they taste delicious. The icing on the cake is that I can now eat truffles all day long without a guilty conscience. Oh, and I’ll be making a batch of these for my family for Christmas – the perfect foodie present to put under the tree.
