A great start to the day is guaranteed with these yummy apple granola yoghurt pots! Everything can easily be prepared ahead and quickly assembled in the morning.
I added some leftover ‘pain d’épices’ (gingerbread) to my granola, but don’t worry if you don’t have any. You can swap it for more nuts or oats!
Oh and it’s worth making a bigger batch of granola, as it keeps for a month in a sealed jar.
