  2. Moien Anne,
Ech fannen däi Site an deng Bicher richteg flott. D’Cookie cutters hunn ech mir och kaaf an hunn schon ee puer Joer op déi gewaart 😀
Ech maachen all Joer eng kleng Party fir den Nationalfeierdag an notzen och deng Rezepter. Ech hätt awer eng Fro: hues du eng Iddi, wéi ech den Kachkéis als Dip verwandlen kéint? Wann ech en mat wäissem Kéis vermëschen fir datt ët nët esou sabbelt (wollt mat Grissini dippen) verléiert en säi gudde Goût. Falls dir eppës afällt giff ech mech freeen wanns du dech bei mir mells 😉
Bescht Gréiss aus dem Süde vu Däitschland 🙂

    • Hallo Natacha,
merci fir däin léiwen Message – ech hun en lo reischt gesinn! Jo also Kachkéis als kaalen Dip ass schwiereg – warm ass et jo keen Problem! Wat een vläicht probeieren keint ass en Deppchen Kachjkéis mat Rahm an Wäin an engem Flapp Moschter opkachen, an dann rem ofkillen loossen. Dann ass en mei flesseg an et ass e bessen wei eng kaal Kéiszoos… Wees net mais kann een mol domat experimenteieren.
      Léif Gréiss an Däitschland!
