I’ll be serving up a 3-course dinner in Hesperange on October 27th.
The event is aiming to promote Fairtrade and local products. I’ll be talking about my approach to food and Fairtrade Luxembourg is going to talk about their mission and products.
The menu aims to use as many Fairtrade products as possible (notably spices, lentils, rice and bananas) as well as regional produce.
Indian-style lentil soup with mini mozzarella balls
Slow-cooked pork with sherry prunes, rice and Brussels sprouts
Turkish Aubergine with rice (veg)
Brownie with roasted honey-schnapps bananas
