Episode 11: Chinese Food

I love wandering around Chinatown and discovering new ingredients.

In this episode I’m making salt and pepper tofu, some very simple Beijing Dumplings and I’m making the Chinese answer to spaghetti bolognese: Dandan noodles.

    • Yes it does! It’s my favourite shop in Chinatown as they also do Thai ingredients (with which I cook a lot). I’ll check out the Filipino items you mentioned next time!
