It’s pretty challenging to get the flavours right, as you have to carefully balance sweet, salty, spicy and sour elements to make it perfect. But, don’t worry! Today I’m showing you a foolproof BBQ dish that tastes like Bangkok streetfood: Thai chicken skewers, infused with lots of fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves.
